Works great...easy to use
Seems to be helping take the tension off my L- 4 and L-5. I was hesitant because of the cost, butbelieve it was SO much better than cheaper braces I have used. Can be worn even under lose clothing.

Took off hard back piece. Still helps me to remember to keep stomach in, back straight and bend at the hips. Put on hard back piece for yard work.
