I bought this item for my wife 4 years ago, after she had our first son via c-section. It was very gentle on her stomach and allowed her stomach muscles to return. We ended up giving it away to a friend about 2 years ago. My wife recently had another c-section 15 months ago and notice that her stomach isn't strong any more and feels extremely sore whenever she attempts normal sit-ups. I just ordered this same machine last night. She looks forward to getting her stomach back in shape and toned. This machine really does work and I would buy it again and again. For those who say that they don't see results, I find that odd. This machine has been helpful for my wife and I think it can be useful to you too! Need to strengthen your stomach muscles? Buy this!

I purchased the ab lounge because I used one in the past and received great results. I really don't have the time to go to the gym while working and going to school full time. The only day I didn't use my ab lounge was the first day that I put it together because that was a workout all by itself. After only ten minutes of working out on the ab lounge, I can feel the burn in my abs and even in my upper thighs and arms! This is a great product for anyone that needs a quick workout, but doesn't have the time or money for gym memberships.

This is a second one for our winter home. The "Sport" seems much sturdier then the #2 model. Did take a while to assemble. Disappointed that they can not design one that folds up. Some specifications we read indicated that it would fold up some - but didn't. But in reality - if it was folded up in a closet we wouldn't use it as often. This was a good buy and a quality item.

This arrived in a very small box and weighed a ton. Given the size of the box, I knew it would take some serious skills & much patience to put this chair together. Also, hours after ordering, I tried to cancel when I realized the weight limit would not accommodate my son's weight. Be aware, Great Price Ever for me meant GREAT WORST PRICE EVER, as it cost $69 to receive and send back my purchasing mistake. For handymen and women, once you get the chair constructed, it looks like it could help provide a great workout.

My 2nd Ab Lounge Sport. Used the first one until it was no longer usable. Great product. I cannot believe that they stopped making them. I hope I will be able to find another if that time ever comes. Easy to use and lets you do effective core work. LOVE Use almost every day. Had one since 2007.

Just opened it and assembled it properly. My handles are going either inward or if I flip them, outward. They are not going downwards like everyone else's. Wtf?I'm just gonna rate it in the middle cuz I only used it once so far and I'm outdone by the handle grips._____Update:I've used it for a while now (approx 6 months) and yep, My handles do not match the picture. Other than that it's pretty durable. And I think I need a lil oil or to tighten some screws cuz it squeaks. Lost around 15 lbs. already just going at it for 30 mins every other week & a lil less caloric intake.

My husband bought this, much to my disapproval of course. It works very well as a lounge chair and nothing else. It was on the curb months after it was purchased because it took up too much space and only functioned as another chair.

This is a great piece of exercise equipment. I got it for my husband and he has used it almost daily the entire time he has had it. A great workout for the tummy!
