For convenience, I would buy the frozen quinoa that you pop in the microwave for 4 mins BUT nothing is better that just cooking it yourself....I love this...

1 of the two bags busted open and there was Quinoa all over the post office-was loose in the box.

Nice Replacement for White Rice
We recently had a diagnosis of diabetes in our family so we had to start researching replacements for our beloved starches. This fits us best. I basically use it for anything I used rice for. Flavor is mild.
