Great for Grandparents
My mother-in-law received this for Christmas to see her sons and grandchildren who live out of state. She is able to see photos at high resolution quickly and easily. The directions were lacking, but I YouTubed them and got it up and running.

Can't even get it to pair........
I live in the United States and my parents are in the UK. I purchased this to bring over with me with the thought process that I would set it up in advance...ended up not having time to do that!! Arrived in the UK this week and I CANNOT get this photo frame to PAIR with the app on my phone. IT JUST WON'T WORK/CONNECT. I followed the instructions on this site for instructions on how to pair and the instructions are different to what comes up on the screen!! So basically, at this time, I am stuck with a product that doesn't work. Won't pair, and by the time I get back to the US the return timeframe will be passed. So stuck with it as a clock I guess........very unhappy with this product.

Rather disappointing from a name brand like Kodak
While the frame is very nice from a decor aesthetic, the user interface is rather clunky and incredibly slow to respond. Importing photos takes a long time for the image to appear and waiting for renderings/previews take a considerable amount of time to appear on a device designed to display pictures. For a device that has one sole purpose of display images and videos, it really misses the mark on being an easy to use interface. With Kodak’s name on the device, I was expecting a great experience like I have had with other Kodak products. This just doesn’t measure up so it makes me question if the maker is actually Kodak or this particular company licensed the Kodak name but didn’t follow through with a Kodak caliber experience. I would not buy this item again for myself or for a gift. Also, if you use the app to transfer images to the frame instead of a USB drive, you do have to pay (first 10 GB is free) which is absolutely ridiculous. If I am connected to my own WiFi, why should I have to pay $7.00 per 20 GB to transfer over my already owned WIFI?The more I think about the lackluster and clunky user interface and cost to transfer files via the app, makes me question the authenticity of this device. I am going to dig a bit deeper.

Easy set up
Frame was purchased for my elderly parents. Super easy set up. They love it. All kids and grandkids are set up to send them pictures.
