I ordered this (along with one small and one large koolpak) for my sporty 11 year old daughter to use on her knee. I am very impressed with the quality of the product. The fabric is soft and comfortable against the skin and is perfect for doing ice treatment on the knee. I have also used it with the kookpak warmed up in the microwave on my neck after waking up with a pain on my neck. The elastic is long enough to go around my eldest daughter's waist so she has used it for tummy cramps! All in all a brilliant multi-purpose and very useful strap... I wish I'd discovered it sooner!

Excellent product. The material is soft and comfortable against your skin. The strap and Velcro part is the perfect length so that you can use it on virtually any part of your body. Its a little bit short if youre using it on your back so it will be quite tight, but not uncomfortably tight.The gel pack is good quality and should last for a long time - seems very durable. Been using this regularly for a while now and I can say its a good buy.

great product but the size is to small the strap would not go around me and i am small,i had to add in a piece other than thhat ,perfect .

Works perfect with my ice packs for my pack pain. Allows me to use cold therapy and still carry on with the rest of my day. Have even used it around my arms and legs too.

Love the size of this support! I have tried many different supports for my back but what I like about this one is the size. I can wear it under my clothes with the gel pack warmed in the microwave and it makes my back feel much better!Will also be useful for my knees when I get joint pain.

love it. Great for icing and heat. I use this every day and has given me great relief. Highly recommend for anyone with back pain or discomfort. I use it more for ice therapy rather than heat. I find I get far more relief that way.

I use just the gel pack across my forehead for headaches. Just keeping it next to my bed keeps it cool enough to be beneficial even without having to put it in the fridge. Nice and soft and squashy.
