Great Jazz Duets: Alto Sax

Very competent arrangements

Bought this book to have a bit of fun playing some duets with my sax teacher. Overall experience was good, but some of the duets were a bit lacking.

Bought this book for a clarinet/saxophone duet. Pieces are well put together, they are easy but challenging and they practice quickly to play at nursing homes and other facilities.

You will love this book.

Must have for styles,musicality etc

These duets really are great. The arrangements are fun to play. Each part plays the melody and accompaniment at various times.

The book is well laid out and presented but I find the timing of the pieces and the high notes difficult. Probably much better for you if you are a true Jazz enthusiast.

This is perfect for my level (beginner/intermediate), great tunes, good arrangements, lots of fun to play, perfect book for duets

Sehr schöne Duette für einen unschlagbaren Preis. Die Stücke haben einen schönen Schwierigkeitsgrad.Nicht zu schwer. Eine schöne Zusammenstellung von Stücken aus der großen Zeit des Swing.Bei Hal Leonard kann man nichts falsch machen.
