We made glass rods in chemistry class one year when we were being introduced to the bunsen burners. They were exactly like these. Long. Smooth. Easy to clean. They have been very useful when mixing dyes and waxes for my lava lamps. They are not indestructible. I've broken two so far, but I can use what remains, plus I have 22 more at my disposal.

What you expect them to be. Good for the money.

Probably not the intended use, I wanted to use these with a mini torch to make some art and they were perfect for that. All arrived intact and are free from visual defects.
