Not easy to separate
The media could not be loaded. Beautiful and the shipping was quick. As another reviewer mentioned, the glue on the ornaments is present. However, the garland doesn’t separate and others have tried to separate it as well. It’s disappointing I am unable to display them this close to Christmas.

Globs of Glue
There are globs of glue holding everything together. strands of glue drippings and webs around parts of the tree that don't have ornaments.

Broken After 3 Days of Use
Definitely not worth the money. It’s a mess to unpack and fluff back into shape. I’ve had it up for 3 days, only on for a few hours at a time, and half of the garland already isn’t working. Not to mention that it doesn’t even have an auto on/off function so you have to manually turn on and off FIVE individual switches every time. Spend your money elsewhere.

Cheap materials
The tress continously fell over, the light dimmed after only a few uses and its made of cheap plastic material. Threw it out after the season.

Poor quality.
Very disappointed in the quality and packaging of this item. Everything was shoved into a box; damaging some of the ornaments and there is glue residue all over it. Do not recommend

Aesthetically Pleasing, but Sharp Wires Bring Pain
The product's appearance is okay, not the greatest but not the worst either. The real problem lies in the sharp wires running through each piece. It's a struggle to unravel, and just holding it is a pain – ended up with a bunch of small cuts on my fingers. I would probably have returned it, but didn’t want to deal with stuffing it back into the box and getting poked by the wires.
