Great and very durable weights. Don’t have any issues with the clips coming off as long as you put them on tight. Only concern is rust, as I feel this metal will rust eventually from sweat and a bit apprehensive to put them in the garage over winter. Look very high quality and are a perfect set of weights to fit in a professional space to do a few curls between meetings. As for design, it could be better to have the weight numbers in white to be able to see what you are picking up quickly, but apart from that they are really clean weights.

This wasn't the cheapest dumbbell set but worth the extra money for the quality. The metal collars work well and feel secure. The knurled handle means that the bar can easily hold extra weights. I am pleased with this purchase.

Well made dumbbells for home workout

I'll be honest, for the price they are actually bang on, solid and good quality, I have been using these for two weeks doing various exercises, for chest, back, shoulders, triceps, biceps and so forth, and they are great, especially if your just starting, although once you begin to get quite strong I would suggest buying another pair so that you can make 20kg dumbells for doing chest etc, you won't regret purchasing these!

I’m not best qualified to comment on dumbbells as I spent the first 67 years of my life growing obese and unfit. Having taken up walking and then running last year I saw vast improvements in weight and fitness, so I decided to complement it with dumbbell workouts, to avoid losing too much unused muscle along with all the fat.Have to say, I am enjoying so far, and the dumbbells are serving my purpose . I initially loaded the lightest weights and found an arm/shoulder routine that was fairly challenging. I’ve settled for now for a slight increase using 4x1.25kg discs which is actually a struggle at my level, but manageable with painless recovery, twice a week. Who knows, in a years time I might want them fully loaded!?

You pay a little more but these are proper dumbbells, what you’d expect to see in a gym. All metal parts, no plastic elements, no sand filled discs, but well made, should last years. 12 separate weights, 3 different sizes, which offers a variety of loads either with both bars or loading one bar for single use; better than fixed, defined dumbbells imo. For an introductory set, I’m more than satisfied with these.

Product as advertised. Fullproof cast iron weights. Dumbbell handles with steel collars. Having the incremental 0.5kg weights was a selling point for me. I set the dumbells up and the collars held strong with no play. I'm happy with the purchase.

Ho comprato erroneamente questo set che comprende due manubri con i relativi pesi, per un totale di 20 kg.Nonostante l'errore ho saputo riconoscere la buona fattura del prodotto nella sua generalità: ghisa dei pesi buona, non male la solidità dei manubri, bella l'estetica.Lascio 3 stelle perché reputo questo un prodotto nella media e perché avrei preferito una maggiore quantità di pesi più pesanti. Infatti il mio intento era quello di riempire un manubrio fino a fargli raggiungere il peso di 20 kg, ma l'idea non è stata realizzabile in quanto, con i pesi a disposizione, lo spazio disponibile nel manubrio non basta. Per questo ho deciso di restituire il set, non perché non buono bensì perché non era quel che cercavo.
