Not a perfect fit. .
This item is not a fit for a 2016 Nissan Altima 2.5 S. You can even see it in the customer review photos. I'll post a photo a little later, but that tensioner bolt to release the tension is a good 2 inches longer than the stock part. Probablem is that leaves you with no room to use any socket. It leaves you no room to use tensioner tools. In order to get the belt on, I had to frankenstein a canted 15mm-17mm wrench onto my serpentine tool in order to get it to fit and provide enough leverage to relieve the tension to a point where I could BARELY, just barely slip the belt on.The part itself is quality built, but to the manufactures, you have to shorten length of the cast for that tensioner bolt. Look at the review images with side by side comparisons, you'll see how much shorter that bolt is. There's no riser, just the tensioner bolt. The design needs to be redone in order to fit properly within the frame of the car. You will need a socket-less flat bar style 17mm serpentine belt tool, basically a flat iron bar with a 17mm hole in one end, or a really long canted 17mm wrench.
