Does what itโs meant to do
It screws finely onto a C stand and holds a boom pole on that stand.I donโt know what else to say. Had no problems with it using it with a Neewer C stand.

Nice, but a little small.
This is a good piece of kit, but it is a fair bit smaller than it looks on the listing.That said it does the job if you are careful what size pole you use it with.I use a 3.5M pole, with a blimp and deadcat, but I dont feel good about using it at full length.... I've only pushed it to 2M up to now.

Good working affordable boom mount
The boom mount works fine. Nice to have with longer shoots and if you are short on crew and need a boom mic. You need a stable stand to mount it on, especially if the boom is long and the microphone + holder are heavy. Sandbags are recommended.

Gets The Job Done
Don't know why I didn't purchase this years ago. It was much more sturdy that it looked online. And holds my carbon fiber boom pole without any issues. Rock solid so far. Allows me to use general stands instead of a C-stand with the traditional boom hook. Just makes the overall sound gear package a bit smaller. Works for me in everything I've used it for so far.

Like most Neewer products, they are great value for money.I'm really pleased with this item. Its made from aluminium and so it is light and strong.It fits perfectly onto my Neewer light stand (as advertised) - Highly recommend this product.
