Mount-It! Ergonomic Laptop Arm for Wall or Pole Mounting, Full Motion Adjustments, Versatile Design, Easy Installation

My wife and I are both ham radio operators, and we wanted to keep a laptop in our small basement-corner "shack" to do logging and to run digital modes from. This mount allows the laptop to be swung up out of the way when we're not using it, but can be easily deployed as well. I had to tighten the pivot bolts near the actual laptop mounting point in order to keep it from tipping down into an awkward position. The whole thing is quite stiff to move, but that's okay for us since once it is in position it takes a deliberate action to get it to move out of the way. We used the enclosed lag screws to fasten it to a wall stud, and it seems to be plenty sturdy.

This would be best mounted solidly on the wall if you don't need to move it. It's solid material, but somehow roughly made here and there, for example, the extra length of screws are protruded with no cover so it looks a bit ugly. Each joint needs to be super tight to be stable. I had hard time tightening it.It will be nicer if there are more motion capabilities. But once it's set as you like it, tightening it hard, then it'll be a good tool, space saving and convenient. The base panel is large enough to put a laptop, and you can attach a monitor as well. But if you need something for a tablet or chrome book type, this might be too bulky.

as a pc hardware tech and someone who Custom builds pcs for mid-level prices.. I like trying new things out with things that may work for something else, I did set the laptop on it, I knew it was going to be fine cause i have used these before at jobs, but I grabbed this, cause i wanted to try and make a floating keyboard stand, and it works. I will update after I put it up, but it does work and is worth the price, if you have about 4 feet u need to pull it out too, that's perfect but you don't have to pull it out all the way to use it by the way. u can mount whatever you want.

I use this in my truck. I had to fashion some support beams in my passenger feet area that are temporary and can be removed, but with a little clever engineering, I now have a laptop that can swing over into my driver sear. As an uber eats driver in a small town that isn't very busy, this allows me to job hunt and study online courses from my vehicle COMFORTABLY and that is so amazing.Easily 5 stars or more if possible!

I got this to use for a laptop but after looking at it decided that it was to precarious to put my laptop on so I ended up mounting a monitor to a wall and it works great for that

I recently ordered the laptop arm for wall mounting. My husband had no issues installing this. Once installed, it is study and held our laptop easily. The arm moves smoothly. I love that it swivels and rotates. No issues thus far.

Works good but the laptop clips suck cause there not quality but do the trickAs for the stand it's good I move the platform daily and it's plenty strong
