I'm 52 and my doctor confirmed for me last month that I'm definitely in menopause. I was becoming pretty miserable with the sudden, massive hot flashes throughout the day and the soaking night sweats when I was trying to sleep. It was getting so bad that my husband was getting a little annoyed with me. Oh well. Anyway I got this product last week and I am so pleased with the difference it has made already. The hot flashes haven't entirely stopped, but they are much more manageable. Also the night sweats have greatly reduced. I don't wake up in as big a puddle anymore. :)I don't expect a miracle, but the relief I've gotten already is pretty astonishing. I'm really pleased with the effects, including losing some of the draggy, fatigued feeling I was experiencing. I do recommend this product, with the caveat that everyone's body chemistry is different. It worked for me and I will definitely buy it again. I’ve been using this product for a few years and it works well. However, I paid $14.88 per bottle in May, and $15.88 per bottle in July. Now 2 months later the price is $16.88 per bottle!

From the very first capsule, my hot flashes were a thing of the past. What a lifesaver!UPDATE halfway through the bottle (maybe less):The effectiveness didn't last, and the product gave me some uncomfortable side effects (indigestion, eczema, overall sluggishness). Your mileage may vary and I hope if you try this you get better results and no whammies.

Best thing I've taken as of yet to help with my hormones. I have energy again. Stamina. And feel amazing. I take 2 a day and love the results. Definitely reccomend this product to anyone looking for help to regulate their hormones. I will be ordering this product again.

This product did not relieve any hot flash issues at all. It actually made me gain weight without ay diet changes so it slowed down my metabolism big time. Going back to natural soy products at least they helped more so than these pills.

Using this to battle lack of hormones from post menopause. Its working good. Good for calve cramps and other symptoms. The only thing I have not been able to conquer is the damn greasy hair. I have been able to eliminate several other supplements I was taking by using this product. I do still have to use a bio-identical estrogen cream and progesterone cream for all over leg pain. Over all, a good product that I purchase every month.

I'm so happy to have found this product!! It has greatly helped my perimenopause symptoms. As I've aged, the breast tenderness has gotten so bad. It was to the point it was almost unbearable! Since I've been taking this product regularly, I have much less breast tenderness. It's still there, but it's very tolerable now. I was just starting to have hot flashes, and now I don't have any. So thankful for this medicine!!!
