I have 4 pieces of this item having found it utility. I have presented all the four pieces to senior citizens of my relatives. They all have testified that they get sound sleep after using this air purifier. All the four machine are working good, so far so good.

bad product and worse after sales
It hardly worked for 15 days and suddenly blanked out and stopped working at all. In those 15 days also, the AQI would hardly change in an almost airtight room and after running entire night. After running almost 12-15 hrs, the AQI pointers would hardly show a difference of 10-12 pointers. Either the product was not working or the AQI meter was faulty. We ignored that too giving it a benefit of doubt. But then one fine day it just completely stopped working. When I complained to the Kent service centre, I was told that I will have to carry this product to their office to get it repaired!!!!!!Worst after sales that I have seen till now. And then they say it's under warranty!!!!I have bought Panasonic brand air purifier earlier and it's running perfectly fine for the last 2 years. Kent turned out to be a pathetic product.

Am excellent Air Purifier
I stay in an area where AQI is off the charts and led to breathing issues, now with this Kent purifier the situation is way better. Easy to install and get started. Sturdy enough piece of equipment in the bracket. Air filtration efficiency and quality is good. We are sleeping better. All features work and no failure as mentioned in some reviews. I would strongly recommend this product if you are looking for an Air Purifier.

Product is good, but initially the seller delivered a faulty product. Then replaced by Amazon policy with another new product. Nice, but this delayed my usage and honestly i don't expect such neglegency from Amazon. Rest, its working fine since yesterday.
