So far, it is an excellent online tire buying experience to buy a reasonably priced replacement tire for the bad one with a bubble formed on the side wall due to falling into a table size pot hole on NJ Garden State Parkway. The tire was shipped to my house and have it installed by Good Year Tire Services on Eastern Ave, Somerset, NJ. 2 thumbs up with 10-star for the Good Year tire store in Somerset. The service manager promised about an hour or so. Promise made, promise kept. After an hour and 5 min, it is ready to go. The tech did an excellent job of changing the tire without leaving a single scratch on the expensive wheel rim. I went to Pepsboy, Sears and Walmart before, their techs love to leave long and deep scratches on the wheel rims like signing their names. This is the store that gained my future business on tire and wheel needs. If you ask me one thing to improve, I would say provide a ship to installer option, so that I dont even need to touch the rubber. Also, offer road hazardness insurance on tires they sell.
