Nope, but maybe we need more clarification about what you say about "3d". The Glass + App can give you a sense of depthness if you are seing 360º videos - a kind of "immertion feeling" - but it's not a 3D video as we know. That "immertion feel" can not be noticed with regular YT movies, you will see a screen inside the glass.

Q: Will this work with a iPhone 5s?

I originally thought it wasn't compatible but with the iPhone 5, 5s, and SE the screen size became 4" which is compatible with cardboard. App is available in the IOS App Store.
