It is great. No problems whatsoever.

Best surprise is after about 2 weeks I completely stopped craving alcohol. About a week in I made myself a vodka with seltzer water something I’ve always enjoyed and I took one sip and thought it was gross so dumped the rest. Thought it was so odd. Then made myself a different kind of drink. Had one. Made a second and realized I really didn’t want it and dumped that one. I usually would have a couple drinks probably 4 nights a week. But for the next week I couldn’t bring myself to drink more than one. And then eventually the thought of any started sounding gross. I had to think back to try and see what changed in my routine and it all started roughly after I started taking this and then I researched some and had no idea that was a possibility.

I have IBS-C. This has helped me tremendously.

I don’t know what magic is in this supplement but after years of intestinal pain, it now gone. I’ve been taking this for a long while now and will continue to.

I definitely felt a change after the first dose. I feel full all the time and have to force myself to eat.

This did not agree with me at all. I took one because I had heard it helps with gut biome, longevity and cholesterol. I probably already have this in my gut and did not need it. From what I read after researching it this can be valuable if your gut is missing it because it helps maintain short fatty acids but you can get that by eating foods with prebiotics and a whole foods plant based diet that I am on. My apetite was suppressed because I had horrible stomach and intestinal cramping for days. I could not eat. I never had it tested for quality but as far as functionality goes it is not a good fit for me unless for some reason I need to take antibiotics and need my gut microbiome restored. At this point I avoid antibiotics and try to stay healthy without them but sometimes you do need them. I just have not taken any antibiotics since 2023 and have been on a WFPB SOS diet and mitigating health with over the counter herbs, probiotics etc. The value was a lesson learned in the function of the probiotic. There are times when it probably is not good to have too much of this. I saw a few videos on You Tube by physicians that explained the percentage thresholds and the reason why I had the reaction. That said I am scared to take any more of this. It was an awful week of unrest due to pain and discomfort.

Great product small capsule eady to swallow

I've discovered some of the capsules in my bottle have not been filled consistently, with far less found in several. I've tried to photograph this clearly to show what I mean. I'm really not OK with this at all. If you pay for a full supply, then a full supply should be in the bottle.
