This product work as intended. It was a perfect replacement fit. I recommend this product.

Perfect fit for my LR4. The original key was beat up and falling apart, popped this open and the internals from the old key dropped right in and work perfect, you will have to transfer the physical key or have the blank that comes with it cut for the door, to use if the battery is dead.

I believe this comes with a battery but I bought an extra Duracell battery just in case. You need something to open the case. I used a tiny metal stick. Once you open it, I had to break off (2) small pieces inside the case so the chip can fit. It was easy to do. Then I had to put the metal piece on. Everything will fit, you may have to take your time. I’m so happy I bought it! Went out to my car and everything worked!

Almost great, I didn’t notice when I ordered but the chrome piece doesn’t say Range Rover like the OEM key and the oem chrome piece doesn’t fit correctly onto this one. it’s not the same rubber texture as the OEM Key either , which I’m okay with . My oem keys were peeling apart. When I received the key covers one was snapped together already, and the second one wasn’t . The one that was snapped together broke when I pulled it apart for the first time leaving the key kindve loose. The other one however went together just fine . I had to reuse the rubber seal from my oem keys. You get what you pay for , overall not bad for the money , would be nice if the quality was closer to OEM. Dial in the quality and it will be fantastic

The inside of my Range Rover’s remote is identical to the one advised by the seller; however, the one I received is NOTHING like it. I am unable to swap the board/battery into the one that was delivered. It seems like it is of good quality but does not fit my remote. They are not the same or accept my old board/battery. I saw the warning from another purchaser and presumed they did not follow the suggestions from the seller. But now I’m sure they did… as I did. I will return to Amazon for refund. Oh well…. To the dealership I go…. Grrrrrr

Easy peasie. I lost the silver part to the old fob, and it was a bit worn out looking, so I ordered this replacement. Pried the clamshell on the old fob apart, transferred a small gasket around the circuit board, and then transferred the circuit board. Snapped the new clamshell together, put the key in, and then slid the silver part over the key, which has a nice tight, secure fit. No tools needed.

Good product, well made and easy to fit

Original key fob case was peeking on the sides and was bothering me. Fits perfectly, feels great, and super durable. I'm pretty clumsy and it doesn't look too bad. It doesn't fit the original Jaguar aluminum branded piece, but after hammering it in with a wooden mallet, seems to be solid.
