It's cheap & it works
Bought as backup for more sophisticated electronic aids. So far I'm well impressed. More volume, simple operation, comfortable in ears. I like the reversible ear attachments; tired of finding that I have two working LH aids. Charger is neat & better than fiddling with supplies of batteries.Haven't tested it in a noisy environment but so far, it's already better than I expected for about 1/30 the cost of my other pair.

Not sure!
I bought these because my Dad's current hearing aids needed the batteries changed every 3 days and because his eye sight isn't good, it was becoming quite a nuisance. These are easy to recharge, but he found that the sound quality was poor. Even I could hear the shrieking as I adjusted the volume right down to almost zero, in order to avoid the noise. Perhaps I did something wrong, so don't want to put off anyone from buying them.
