Q: Is it really safe to use on concrete sidewalk and driveway?

I have used it for 2 Chicago winters and our concrete is safe and sound, and so are the paws on our German shepherd.

Q: Will this product damage flagstone/bluestone set in concrete.

I don’t believe it would. It’s pretty safe overall..hope this helps

Q: I have used another de-icer that tracks residue h to our home and all over the floors. Does this one track a chalky residue?

I did not detect anything in the floors this year while using this product. It did a great job melting the snow and prevented ice from forming on our wood deck as well as our rock aggregate front steps. This product performed as advertised for us.
