Tastes good, doesn't take much. Nozzle clogs sometimes, but it's easily cleared with hot water. It's not all butter, of course, but it gives my fried eggs some of the buttery taste I like without the fat, calories, and chemicals. Also contains avocado, grapeseed, and sunflower oils.

Love this stuff

I first purchased this at Costco, but then they stopped carrying it up here in the Northwest for some reason. Online said only in California. Since then I have tried all sorts of things and ways to get my Cumin Cauliflower to taste as delicious as it did with this Ghee Spray. After several months now, I have given up and found it on Amazon. I ordered a can to designate just to my air fryer Cumin Cauliflower. I want it to taste just as delicious as the Syrian people cook. Drooling now. I know whats for dinner! :)

After moving from Russia, I spent a long time trying to find proper ghee, because I really don’t want to fry with regular oils anymore — they burn, foam, smell, and become unhealthy at high temperatures. Ghee cooks much cleaner: the taste is mild, the texture is smooth and easy to scoop, and the overall consistency is even without any graininess. The quality is good — the jar arrived completely intact with no leakage, which I appreciate because many oils get damaged during shipping. But there are a couple of downsides. The jar is very small and runs out quickly, and the price is definitely high for this amount. I also expected a cleaner ingredient list — that’s the first thing I check, and it wasn’t as pure as traditional ghee usually is. If not for the price and the imperfect composition, it would be absolutely perfect. Otherwise, it’s still a good ghee that cooks well and gives food a clean, pleasant flavor.

I need to buy again now, I very much enjoyed this spray ghee. I'm wondering if the price for length of time it lasted is good enough, but I'll be purchasing again even if it's not cheap because of course it's a quality ghee in a convenient spray. I cooked brocolli, chicken, anything you want a little something sprayed on the pan for this works great.
