Samsung Series 6 Fridge Freezer, Features AI Energy Mode and SpaceMax™ Technology, Ice Dispenser, Black, Model: RB34C632EBN

Thanks to HDUK, I was alerted to Samsung's offer on this over Christmas. The fridge was £490 and Samsung were offering £200 cashback, which meant I could get a brand new fridge freezer for £290. So I jumped at it. I was concerned by talk of the fridge being easy to dent and noisy and people complaining about the model, but it turned up perfect (only cost £5 to have the old fridge taken away) and it is silent as far as I'm concerned. I turned it on after an hour of receiving it and it was at the tight temp within another hour. The "wifi" is a bit of a gimic as all it really does is tell you if the door is open or the temp is dropping, but everything else is great. Loads of space. Quiet. Neat looking and better build quality than my other Samsung fridge freezer that its now alongside. Highly recommend. One thing of note is that the fridge shelves are a bit "close", so I had to take one out to allow sauce bottle to stand upright. I use the "wine" rack for soft drinks and really large bottles.

The description is confusing. I did a search of the part number, other vendors list this as a Series 7, not a Series 6. My order receipt also claimed it has an ice dispenser, everything I have read about this suggests it only has a water dispenser, not ice.

Great Fridge Freezer and nice finnish to it.

Decent fridge, sleek look, no noise can be heard except obviously the open door for too long noise, good temperature control. Though a “WiFi fridge” the only thing it does is change the temperature from an app, not to be able to know what’s inside

Excellent product but there's a small dint on the side, it was under the packing so must have been done before despatch, there's no section for a partial refund so as delighted i am with the product i am disappointed with the service

Can't fault product, description however is completely misleading. Clearly states with ice dispenser, this model has a water dispenser not ice. Amazon support is next to useless phone line automatically cuts you off. Web chat simply says sorry we've got the description wrong. Also stated guarantee may well be available but how and where you have to go to qualify still remains a mystery to me!
