After trying out several picks, this one got the job. The .60 mm Tortex has about the same flex as a medium celluloid pick, but feels better and is not as slippery. I almost went with the Ultex, but the Ultex sounded almost too "bright" against the strings for my taste. The Tortex is fairly bright as well, but it's a bit more tame than the Ultex.
