Easy to install, works as it should.
Make sure you put the cover on the fan after you've installed this and want to check the sensitivity, otherwise the light from the night light may be too bright and cause the sensor to turn the light off, so the light blinks constantly when the room light is off.

It’s a nice add on.
Works fine for me. Contrary to some of the other things I’ve read here, here’s my two cents. Zero means zero. If your fan is wired through the blue signal wires at the wall switch then with the “CFM” switch set to “0”, the fan will turn off and on with the wall switch or use any of the other “CFM” settings for the amount of air you need for the continuous run. Next, the “Time” switch determines how long fan runs after you turn off switch. If “CFM” is set to “O” it turns right off. If “CFM” is set to anything else, after the “Time” setting expires fan returns to the continuous run setting. Okay, my intent was to explain this once and for all but having reread this I can see maybe I have muddled the water even more. Just keep fiddling with it, you’ll figure it out.

Well, no instructions but it does work once adjusted!
Alright, to be honest, it was a pain in the ass. As everyone else stated, the fan stayed on even in low humidity. Remove the single screw on the module and it exposes a knob to adjust the set point for relative humidity. After setting it for 65%, it stayed on when my RH according to my NIST certified weather station was 55% inside my home. I changed the knob to 70% and now it works great. Highly recommended part if your kids take long showers and never remember to use the fan.

The documentation and guidance on the installation and operation of this item is poor. After installation, my Panasonic fan was operating non-stop at high speed. I almost returned the sensor because I thought it was a faulty. I did some research and found another customer review that explained how you can adjust the sensor by unfastening the single screw and turning the dial from the factory default 30% to 80%. Now my fan continuously operates at the lowest speed and accelerates when the shower is running.
