I had issues with the first charger, however the seller reached out to me after realizing the issue I had and offered a refund and a replacement. Their service was 100% professional and they resolved the issue immediately. The replacement is now working perfectly fine, maybe it was just a manufacturing problem with the first charger. I love the quality of the cable as it being a 3 in 1 it feels pretty thick and not flimsy as if the cords would tear or tangle easily. It’s has a good weight to it. I got the gray color and I like it as well. I do love that they provide the extra connection piece to convert it as well if you need to use it as a US C or B.
