Great lock, works just as expected. Every one of my friends asks me where I got it. At first I was nervous that others might be able to open it with there fingerprint, however I have asked several people to try and only my fingerprint works. I am able to open it reliably and easily with my fingerprint. Fist touch to wake up, then touch to read fingerprint. Battery life seems to be good, I charge it after each use but holds its charge well between uses.

Did not hold charge after a few months this lock is a piece of junk. Also was difficult to program fingerprints did not recognize fingerprint after many many attempts. Will never buy this again Good for a paper weight

Love not having to use a combination or worry about carrying a key in the gym. Good battery life also. Love this lock.

Once you get this lock paired to your phone, it's easy to manage fingerprints and remotely unlock with Bluetooth. As far as the fingerprint reader on the lock, it's not very forgiving about positioning so I added my fingerprints for the fingers I use twice each. This helped noticeably. It is slow to unlock when you press your thumb on the lock-- 3-4 seconds. It often takes more than one try. I would not use this on something outdoors or something that you need an extremely strong lock on. The shackle does not latch on the open side, it only locks on the attached side. It would be pretty easy to pry open with a small crowbar. I also don't think it would be all that happy at being exposed to the elements long term. I bought it for use at the gym, and it's perfect for that. I don't have to worry about remembering a combination and messing with that to get it open, nor keep track of a key. Note that it does NOT have a backup emergency key, so if it stops unlocking with fingerprints/app or just straight up dies, you will have to cut it or pry it. Battery life seems really good and it's easy to charge. I'm guessing that all the biometric locks at this price point are largely the same performance-wise and with backup unlocking. I don't regret buying it and it works well for my purpose. Just don't expect stellar performance.

I was worried when buying about it losing charge and not opening. I find that because it does not keep running the charge last a very long time and it is consistent with the finger prints stored.

I bought 3 of these. One worked perfectly until I deliberately took it out of service for charging without issue. The second lock is now jamming so bad it's unusable. Return window is expired so I guess I SOL. Third lock I just put in service and so far it's working fine. I'll keep you posted.

So far this lock has been perfectly. It was easy to set up. Not having to carry a key makes life so much simpler at the gym. I'm a big fan. I haven't had to charge it yet.
