This replacement car battery, make and style and specifications was chosen as a premium quality German battery to match the exact fitting for my car and is the highest current and AmpHour rated battery in this specific size for this vehicle. The old one failed due the car being off the road for over a year and therefore not being kept charged and being steadily discharged by the car being unused and the security/ alarm system and natural discharge causing extreme stress to the plates. Occasional external charging has maintained the ability to regularly start the car, move it to prevent permanent deformation of the tyres, seized brakes, clutch or fuel system. Once back on the road I still expect low usage but regular short runs, on the road, should help keep this fully operational. I wanted the best battery I could buy and Varta is that make. The quoted delivery date does not match the actual VOC delivery date of the 15th.

Ho comprato questa batteria per la mia panda 1.3 mjt 95cv, per il momento va perfettamente senza alcun problema, rispetto alla batteria originale è leggermente più bassa di qualche cm, per la qualità e affidabilità spero non ci siano problemi essendo un’ottima marca. Per la spedizione ci sono stati qualche giorno di ritardo ma nulla di grave.

Die Spannung bleibt stabil, selbst wenn das Auto längere Zeit steht oder elektrische Verbraucher eingeschaltet sind. Der Einbau war problemlos — sie hat gut gepasst und eine saubere Verarbeitung gezeigt. Nach einigen Monaten im Einsatz konnte ich keinen nennenswerten Kapazitätsverlust feststellen. Ein weniger erfreulicher Punkt ist das Gewicht – beim Handling durchaus spürbar robust –, aber das ist bei einer Qualitätsbatterie fast zu erwarten. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Wahl, wenn man Wert auf Verlässlichkeit und solide Leistung legt.

Compré esta batería para reemplazar la del Opel Zafira B 1.6 gasolina, que de origen lleva una batería de 55Ah y 255Ah de pico. Mientras estos valores sean iguales o superiores a la de origen, no debería haber problema. En este caso son 60Ah y 540Ah, que son cifras más altas, pero esto solo es la corriente máxima que es capaz de proporcionar, el voltaje es el mismo, 12V. Bueno, eso y que las medidas físicas de la batería nueva sean iguales o inferiores, para que quepa en el hueco, y que los polos positivo y negativo estén en el mismo lado que la original. Una vez comprobado esto, la recibimos y ya podemos cambiarla. Abrimos una puerta del coche y la dejamos abierta por si hubiera algún problema con el cierre centralizado. Desconectamos el cable positivo de la batería y luego el negativo, quitamos la batería vieja y colocamos la nueva en su lugar, conectando los cables a los bornes. Una vez cambiada, la fijamos y comprobamos que las luces del interior del coche se encienden y que el motor arranca. Cabe recordar que seguramente la radio nos pida el PIN para poder volver a usarla, así que deberemos tenerla a mano.
