Constantly taking out the garden hose and storing it seems such a waste of time now that I have a retractable garden hose from Hoselink. Everything needed to mount on my garage was included. It took me 10 minutes to install the mount. I have given this a thorough workout. Pulled it all the way out, and watered new grass, and the retract feature is tough. Pulled the hose filled with water back into place effortlessly. No more draining the hose, coiling it up, or fussing with it. The included hose trigger nozzle has a really nice quick disconnect feature. Swapping out to a different sprayer is simple and easy, you don't have to turn the water off at the source, as there is a shut off lever right at the hose end, very nice! Very sturdy construction of heavy duty materials. The mounting of the hose real on the wall is the only time you will have to interact with the total weight of the unit. I would highly recommend this retractable hose, as it lives up to all the claims. Save yourself some time and effort when you need a garden hose, it's ready to use when you need it.

I bought this hose reel as a Christmas present for my wife who is an avid gardener. She has been using it for more than three months now and could not be happier. We mounted it on a 4" x 4" post set into concrete and the mounting is as solid as a rock. Because the hose when filled with water is very heavy, and the swivel is cantilevered from the post, I would not recommend a flimsier mounting method when you need to install away from a structural wall like us.The reel actually swivels more than 180° when mounted on a post, which is great. This gives us the flexibility to water a vast swath of area and still allow the hose to retract directly with no need to walk around to the front. The retraction is smooth and powerful which is necessary with a water-filled hose. When you pull the hose out it stops locks whenever you want. There are multiple quick disconnects that allow you to easily drain the hose in freezing weather. And lastly, the multi-function nozzle has any spray pattern you could need.This is a solidly built high quality hose reel that works perfectly. It's expensive but it's worth it. We like the Hoselink so much that we just today purchased another unit. Highly recommended.

Great product. The retraction is very strong, takes a bit to get it engaged but once it clicks you're off to the races. Once the unit fills with water and you get to tugging the hose it does put quite a bit of strain on the mount point so make sure you are sinking the bolts into something very sturdy.The product is well built. You really are getting what you pay for with this. Thick plastic, solid build, quick connect hose connection.I will be buying another for the garden.

I ordered this hose retractor because my wife was struggling with our standard 100 foot hoses. Unit is high quality and easy to mount and install. Works very well and made life much easier for her to water the gardens. Also hides the hose when not in use. Easy to pull the hose out when needed and retracts the hose just as easily. I would hive this product the highest rating overall. Worth the money!

For years I’d put up with the misery of a cheap hose reel that usually didn’t work properly and even when it did work it was marginal at best. Finally, I relented and began my quest for the perfect hose real. It quickly became apparent that a quality hose real is not cheap. And I did not want to make the mistake of spending a lot of money on a product and later regret the purchase. With that said, I spent a lot of time researching and reading customer reviews. The customer reviews including many who experienced buyer’s remorse. Several expressed disappointment with their purchase and went on to state they wish they hadn’t gone with the item on sale and had “just spent the money for a Hoselink” reel. Those comments were the encouragement I needed to research a Hoselink hose reel. Ultimately, I decided that was the hose reel I was going to buy. Best decision I’ve made in a long time. Installation was very quick and easy. And, best of all, it works like a champ. It’s an awesome product! I will probably buy a second to replace one of my other hose reels that is a quality product, but it’s not as good as my new Hoselink reel.
