Wonderful pillow. Feels really nice and comfortable for a firm pillow. I bought this pillow twice, once for my father and did not encounter the weird smell that some of the reviews mentioned.

I bought this product because my husband and I are having trouble sleeping and I have neck and shoulder issues. The product is amazing, first night I used it I already loved it. Its labeled firm but its not hard its very supportive and cushions ur head. I will definitely be ordering a couple more.

I thought the pillow would be softer. The cover over the feathers makes a crinkly noise and pillow is not as soft as I thought it would be. It was too firm for me.
