I am 14 weeks pregnant and I just began taking this probiotic. I have to say it is fantastic quality, gentle on the stomach, easy to take due to the small capsule size, yet it is highly effective as it has given me a gentle boost of energy, gotten rid of uncomfortable bloating. If it is gentle on me, it is gentle on baby! I will definitely take it for the rest of my pregnancy as it is worth the investment.

Been taking these my entire pregnancy and up until the end of the 3rd trimester I haven’t had any major constipation issues like I’ve heard most women have. Now I do need some extra help haha but even took these while trying/not pregnant and felt they helped a lot!

I don't plan on having any more pregnancies, but I love how my body feels when I take prenatal vitamins so I was looking for a good one. Especially since I am still actively breastfeeding my toddler. This one is awesome. It doesn't have any weird flavor and it goes down easily. Also has all the ingredients I look for in one convenient vitamin. Highly recommend!

I checked other reviews after taking this probiotic a couple of times because it has a bad aftertaste. I’ve tried a few other brands of prenatal probiotics with no issues with smell or taste, so I’m kind of concerned now. Maybe I got a bad batch, and I’d be willing to try again if I got another bottle that didn’t taste bad or if I was reassured that the aftertaste is normal, but until then, I’m going to switch back to Needed or Garden of Life, both excellent prenatal probiotics without any smell or taste issues.
