I am 14 weeks pregnant and I just began taking this probiotic. I have to say it is fantastic quality, gentle on the stomach, easy to take due to the small capsule size, yet it is highly effective as it has given me a gentle boost of energy, gotten rid of uncomfortable bloating. If it is gentle on me, it is gentle on baby! I will definitely take it for the rest of my pregnancy as it is worth the investment.

Been taking these my entire pregnancy and up until the end of the 3rd trimester I haven’t had any major constipation issues like I’ve heard most women have. Now I do need some extra help haha but even took these while trying/not pregnant and felt they helped a lot!

I don't plan on having any more pregnancies, but I love how my body feels when I take prenatal vitamins so I was looking for a good one. Especially since I am still actively breastfeeding my toddler.
