I initially purchased the Agaro Portable Blender for its convenience and compact design, and it worked great for a while. It was easy to use, powerful enough for smoothies and shakes, and perfect for quick blending on the go. However, after some time, it suddenly stopped working.Thankfully, the customer support experience made up for the issue. Anusmita from the Agaro support team was extremely helpful and professional. She quickly understood the problem and guided me through the replacement process without any hassle. Thanks to her prompt assistance, I received a replacement unit smoothly.

The blender stopped working after 3 months of buying it. However Agaro was quick to replace it after I claimed the 1 year warranty. However I am not happy with the fact that I was told that warranty of 1 year of the new product will not be from delivery of the new product but from the invoice date of the old product I bought in Feb 2025. If it is the same product of Agaro, all items should have same warranty period.

However, I was **disappointed by the lack of positive support** from Amazon regarding my return request. Despite clearly explaining my concerns, I did not receive the kind of customer assistance I have previously experienced with other products.This experience has been frustrating, both because of the **product's performance** and the **unhelpful return process**. I hope Amazon and the seller review their policies to ensure better satisfaction for customers in the future. I would recommend potential buyers to **think carefully before purchasing** this product if ease of use and reliability are important to them. I tried for return from the day I received it, but amazon is not taking any action....I am highly disappointed 😞☹️
