KZ-ZST XThe KZ-ZST X is a 2 way hybrid In-Ear Monitor with a 10mm dynamic driver for low frequencies and a balanced armature for high frequencies. The shells are made of sturdy plastic and are very light and all-day comfortable. The replacable silver cable is a step up from the brown cables of the original. Not bad! I installed red and white tips to tell left from right more easily.The original KZ-ZST was my introduction into affordable multi-driver iems and this is a huge step forward in design and sound quality. The original ZST had a very V-shaped sound with the mids turned down and the bass and treble boosted. It had good bass response but harsh treble. It was still a revelation for me at the time and sounded far better than anything anywhere near its price point.Things are much improved with the new ZST X. It still has excellent, powerful, bass, even more controlled than the original. The mids, while still recessed, are worlds more detailed and they are not as v-shaped as the originals. There is still a bit less low mids than neutral, but most will appreciate the open airy sound. A boost to the lower mids will thicken things up if desired. The highs are very detailed and mostly smooth without any nasty peaks. There is a much larger soundstage and more air up top. These sound really good! They even give a decent sense of depth which is uncommon among budget iems. There is much more detail and imaging is very good. These just sound more polished and grown up. Its amazing what less than $25 buys these days!I have purchased many IEMs from Yinyoo.... too many if you ask my wife! As always, they are great to deal with!Thank you for reading! I want to address a couple things in this review that I usually have issue with in other IEMs; notably the ZST X outperformed my other IEMs at a cheaper price!I have a lot of these budget IEMs, and I always use a Comply foam tip because the stock tips either don't fit nicely or don't provide enough low-end response. I was really surprised because the stock silicone tips on the ZST X fit the IEM very securely in my ear and the sound was actually a little better than when I tested with my Comply tips. I think this speaks very well to the bass response in these IEMs. Further, the natural bass boost you get with Comply tips made me realize that these must be relatively well balanced, because when I put the Comply foam tips on, the sound got a little muddier.This leads me to the sound. These are incredible for around $20. The bass was punchy and full, but not tiring or overbearing. The mids really sang, and it felt like I had some of my higher-end open backs on with the sound staging. The highs were excellent for this price range. They could be a little sharp but not terribly tiring and, again, for about $20, I highly doubt you'll find other all around excellent performing IEMs. These are my new go-to backups, mind you it's backing up custom IEMs so being a back-up means they are reliable and sound really good.

I gave these a 4 ONLY bc I’ve not used them yet in performance at church. I did use on my phone just to try them out and found them comfortable and sound quality good. However, I am not a professional and my opinion is my own.

The KZ ZSTX is the sequel to the KZ ZST. It uses an updated white cable with familiar star ear tips that many love. The ZSTX are small and light weight which helps them stay sealed while in the ear. I have small ears yet they don't protrude. They are also very comfortable. I've even been able to lay down on my side on a pillow comfortably listening to these.Highs are detailed and quite airy. A little peaky in the upper range of the highs at really high volume. Overall very pleasant.Mids are not shy in the ZSTX. These in ear monitors are more U shaped sound signature instead of V shaped. Vocals are full bodied and prominent.Bass is tight and fast hitting. Also, at this price point it has subwoofer bass. Although not as much low end rumble as the original.In my opinion these are an upgrade to the ZST. Very comfortable to wear at extended periods of time or while working out. ZSTX are easy to drive and since they are detachable they are great candidates to use with a bluetooth adapter. Best of all they sound great and at twenty bucks, a no brainer.

I am an unashamed Chinese hi-fi fan. It's such a fun niche in the audiophile world. Somehow the market has become so competitive that for less than $30 I can have earbuds that compare to giants like Shure and Sennheiser. These are the KZ ZSTX monitors. I like KZ, I have owned a couple pairs in the past. For this pair they had a blue and then this pink and blue, this one looked more fun to me so I went for it. I think it looks great.The sound: it has character. These earbuds I would not use if I wanted a reference monitor for any type of professional use. They have way to much spunk. These have a lot of bass, it doesn't feel synthetic, but just rather heavy. And the treble is a little flat, but it adds to the character. I like the sound of these. They sound a heck of a lot better than most every other earbud in this price range, and they have some personality.The one thing that this pair as well as most every pair of Chinese hi-fi earbuds fail to do though is match the quality of the earbuds with decent ear tips. The silicone tips are the largest drawback, they're fine. I did my main testing with the includes ones. But if the tips got better the whole market would be better because of it.Overall, they're a very good deal at the price I paid ($24) and I recommend them to whomever.

Full transparency, I'm not an audiophile but I do appreciate a nice sound.These earbuds (in ear monitors) work very well for this price.I tested these against another pair of IEMs that cost a little north of $60 and these sounded just as good so those were returned.The microphone is definitely good enough for zoom/teams meetings and other conference calls too.

Better than I expected! Will be switching up to the Pros ASAP

I believe this is my second or fourth time buying these because of how comfortable and relatively good sounding drivers.I’ve recommended these to newcomers to audio as well as some of my friends who are well into the rabbit hole.Absolutely recommend getting a pair of these, I mean even the mic is great!

Había visto muy buenas criticas sobre ellos, pero cuando los probé me quede flipando la verdad. Necesitaba unos In-Ear para shows y son perfectos la verdad. Calidad precio 10/10. Tiene buenos bajos y buenos agudos, en general tiene buen sonido pero me preocupaban un poco los bajos y suenan increíble. Tema comodidad igual, no le encuentro ninguna pega. La gente se queja de que el cable es corto, pero el cable es para lo que es. No necesitas un cable mas largo si los usas para petaca y directo.

Très bon son, le meilleur que j'ai pu essayer (en comparaison avec d'autres casques intra), confortable pour de longues cessions, reste bien en place dans l'oreille grâce à sa forme générale et à la forme rigide autour de l'oreille du début du câble. A noter que celui-ci a tendance à s'entortiller un peu et manque légèrement de longueur, toutefois il a la particularité de générer très peu de bruit lorsqu'il frotte sur les vêtements, contrairement aux autres casques essayés. Totalement satisfait de cet achat.
