Zicam really works and I love that they added Elderberry to the formula. It tastes delicious and I found that combining this with echinacea and elderberry syrup shortened a really bad cold which I was over in less than 48 hours. I wish the bottle had more tablets than just 25. Definitely worth the price as the combination I used provided much needed relief from one of the worst colds I had had in year.

Since I was a kid, every time I get a cold it turns into a sinus infection which extends my colds out for 2-3 weeks, sometimes more. Since discovering Zicam, my colds are 5 days max (you have to start taking it as soon as you start to feel under the weather and follow the directions exactly as written on the bottle). Such a game changer for me and I have recommended this to all of my family and friends!!
