After one day of standing on this mat, I started to feel better. I love having the ridges on the side and in the middle to stretch. The balls are actually lacrosse balls - hard rubber and able to break up any tightness in my feet (GREAT for runners). The mat doesn't slide around when I'm standing on it, but it easily moves under my desk when I use my chair. Good for smaller workspaces. It's easy to wipe clean. Very very happy with this purchase.

My favorite part is that I can get a foot massage using the raised portions or the two included balls. The ability to shift position, and stretch my calves, toes, etc is really nice too. The only thing I would change would be to give it a more tacky/sticky rubber for the bottom (but nothing that would leave a sticky residue), because my floor is wood, and is slick. If the foot that I did not pick up to put on the mat had not been rooted well to the floor, I would've landed on my bottom a couple of times when the mat slid. This would not be an issue with a carpet or rug, or perhaps other hard floors.

I stopped using my standing desk because of the pain in my feet all the way up into my back. After one day of standing on this mat, I started to feel better. I love having the ridges on the side and in the middle to stretch. The balls are actually lacrosse balls - hard rubber and able to break up any tightness in my feet (GREAT for runners). I really enjoy the mounds on this mat, i bounce around on them as I think during the day. They are nice for massaging your feet after standing for a long period as well. The massage balls are cool, although I don't use them much. The material is very durable and withstands my constantly flexing it by pressing in on the mounds, after a month or two of using it, it still looks brand new. It sits on a glass chair mat at my desk and is non-slip while I am standing on it and slides easily under my desk when I walk away for the night. I think I made the right choice with this mat.
