Vo5 Rough It Up Putty, 150ml

This is brilliant to be able to get this product on here when it has become increasingly difficult to find it in the shops. It's a great product and this tub, with daily use, lasts me for months so whether it has been re-branded or they have changed the original formula (I hope not) I don't know why shops aren't stocking it. 😶

The best of the hair 'gels' there is and I've tried too many in my years. Super dry feel, unbelievable hold and a small amount goes a long way. I can't find these in the stores so amazon came to the rescue.

VO5 have always been my go to haircare product. Currently go for a messed up kind of style and wanted to see how this putty would work. Certainly achieves the style I wanted, and have the ability to reshape throughout the day. My hair is quite thick so is prone to the fluffy gel effect if I try other brands of gel for long periods, but even now after about 12 hours of having this product in my hair, it feels fresh and re-shapeable and not fluffy at all.Also love the Matt-Clay from VO5.My only gripe would be with Amazon, displaying a newer version of the product, but what I received was an older style version of packaging... Whether this makes a difference I do not know, I'm guessing the product within is still the same, but either way, the Casual Control Putty works for me!!Recommend for anyone who has a longer on top (and sides) hair style and their hair is thick. Thinner hair will show as having a grease problem, but nothing too major.

Really good gel, holds all day, re-workable.

Doesn't last long once it opens, hardens too quickly. Comes off too easily in rain. Doesn't come off your hands well either. When dry it becomes flaky also. Won't buy again.

Not a product I can recommend myself as it appears to make my hair too wet. I was hoping for a more fibre based product.
