I use this product to help with Diabetes. It's a capsule, easy to swallow & price is right. It's cinnamon but no taste. One negative, you can't always find the product due to being sold out everywhere including Amazon.

This product contains several important ingredients for proper digestion of sugar, [and the starches that turn into sugar in the gut]. I chose this product because it is reasonably priced. Of MAJOR importance to me is the fact that it contains only NON GMO ingredients.
