A full half-hour with clear demo and instructions
Aged 72, having never done tai chi before, and after many years of inactivity, I decided to try this as I was concerned about my deteriorating flexibility and balance. Firstly, the reviewer who says that there is only a 15 minutes workout is mistaken - I timed this the first three times I did it and the workout lasts fully 32 minutes - I guess it might be about choosing the right option from the opening menu. There's nothing strenuous here, so it's unthreatening and also impact-free so no danger of damaging bones and joints. I can certainly feel that my muscles are being stretched as well as having to work to maintain my balance. It's too soon to talk about results but on the basis of my experience so far I heartily recommend it. The teaching technique is a simple demonstration of demonstration and commentary - it takes a few sessions to remember some of the transitions which makes it all smoother, as is intended.

Eager to start 😁😁😁
I have Fibromyalgia so find any type of excercise difficult. This however is different and hopefully a chance for me to retain movement balance and a level of fitness so I can stay away from a walking aid. If you here a loud bang....... Don't panic it's only me having lost my balance...... Ok will sit. Hehe thank you 😁😁😁😁

Easy to follow.
The video arrived within two days. After using it only twice I find most of the movements easy to follow. I,m sure I will have all movements sorted within a few days. I found it relaxing just watching it the first. Would recommend this video.
