I got my gallbladder removed a couple years ago and I had no idea how much I needed this supplement until I used it! I've been purchasing Tudca powder and making my own vegetarian capsule. However, this got to me time consuming anxiety messy. The Canarata Tudca caplets are 1000 mg each giving me 2000 mg per serving. They are easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste. I would say these were fairly priced. They were not much higher than the powder I was ordering, and I'd rather pay for convenience and ease of use.

This is one of the best TUDCA supplements I’ve used so far. It's a bit tricky. It says 2000 mg with big puntos, actually each tablet 1000 mg and one box is for 1 month if you are getting 2000 mg daily.

These were a really good deal. I like that it's a two pack. They are easy to swallow with no bitter after taste. I can't say if they've helped with my fatty liver yet. I've got to wait fie another ct scan. I can say I've been taking these for a couple months with no adverse effects.
