My likes:- it works really well, even through a leather belt- it gets hot, I know everyone’s threshold of heat is different, but I believe the advertised high heat is accurate.- You can sit against this pad, which helps apply even more heat to your affected area. In my case, my lower back. Generally I have to reduce heat to medium or low with pressure while sitting on my couch or chair..-It is super easy to put on and take off-I’m 43 inches around the middle at the belly button. I do not need the extender there’s 4 to 5 inches left with the main belt. The extender looks super easy to use as well..- I don’t use the massager very much, but I can see where it can help stimulate blood flow to therapeutically help the affected area faster.- i’ve been suffering from lower back, muscle spasms on both sides of my spine about belt height due to degenerative disc and sciatic nerve pain. The heat from this belt eliminates those muscle spasms and soothes the area wonderfully.- The portability of this belt is awesome. It fits great inside my work backpack. I wear it at work, I wear it at home, I wear it shopping or a long walk, I wear it golfing. I wear it while driving. I’m buying 2 more to have as a spare, and leave one at work . I wished I would’ve bought something like this a long time ago.- I like the automatic shut off. The 15 to 20 minute heat therapy is about right for me and I don’t have to worry about accidentally leaving it on.- it heats up within 3 minutes. If that seems like a long time, it’s not..- Service is awesome. I had an initial question about battery charging/function and I received a response within 10 minutes. My follow up questions were answered very quick as well.What are my dislikes?None!Buy it!Really glad I did, and I’m buying 2 more.OK, maybe one small nit pick . But it really has nothing to do with quality of the product per se. I wish the battery was 10,000 mah or larger. But honestly, I have Not run out of battery for my use during the day yet.. but again I don’t use the massager much and I use the heat therapy periodically through the day. I let the temp go to high and then back it off to medium or low..Speaking of battery, The great thing with this belt versus some other belts that use proprietary battery connections, you can buy a 10,000 to 20,000 mah 5v 2amp rechargeable battery pack on Amazon for under 20 bucks. That should easily provide you with all day heat therapy..Sorry for rambling on, but I like to let people know when a product works and the service is great.!

This has truly saved me when it comes to my period. I have cramps so bad that I can't walk. That isn't an exaggeration, I truly cannot walk even with help because my cramps are so bad. Just starting with this in case someone thinks "oh sure maybe if you have baby cramps it works." Also, I have a big stomach. With the expandable strap, this fits perfectly and the heat and massage is enough to get through the stomach fat to my muscles and uterus. Between this heating pad, all the OTC pain relievers on the market, and a gummy, I can actually get through my day now. By far the heating pad is the most important component.I make sure to charge the power source the day before my period starts. I will say that if you use it continuously it does need to be recharged about every 4 to 5 hours. That's with me having it on heat and massage both the whole time (yes, not recommended but if you have pain like I do then you know how it is.) Since it's just a power bank, you may be able to plug in a different one as a backup but I haven't tried it. (Edit: I tried it with a power bank and it worked! I now keep a backup at all times!) Even the lowest setting can make my skin really hot (it's that powerful), so I always wear thick sweat pants and a long shirt so I have multiple layers of fabric between my body and the heat source.There are other heating pads that you can strap on your body that are smaller and aren't noticeable under clothing. This is not that. Those ones weren't big enough for me and weren't powerful enough either. This is a heavy duty one that I wear on top of clothing while working from home. If you're worried about aesthetics, this is not the right choice for you. But if you have pain as bad as I do, I suspect you won't care and will simply do anything for pain relief. If that's what you want then I can't recommend this enough!Edit: it's been nearly a year now and still going strong! Works just as well as ever and I now keep a backup power bank so when one dies I just throw it on the charger and plug in the other one. This heating pad gave me back the week that my period used to steal from me and I will forever sing its praises!

I really love this product, as I have pain in my lower back most of the time. The heat is wonderful and there are several massage options, it is a little noisey, but not that you can't watch TV. The reason I gave it 4 stars was that the battery pack only lasts about 20 minutes, then you have to recharge. Wish it would last longer, especially the heat part.

This is the greatest heat belt I've purchased! And I've tried a few. I have chronic pain syndrome so I'm ALWAYS in pain. Wanted something to use at work. This is it! The heat is AMAZING. The massage isn't great, but it also doesn't suck. It's enough to ease a tiny bit of pain. And the battery lasts about 2-3 hrs for me. But I use the highest heat setting always. I compensated for this by just buying an extra battery (power bank, that lasts around 5-6hrs!). Now I can use the belt my whole shift if I wanted or needed to. One thing I think it should have is a velcro strap to hold the battery, keep it from sliding out. I happened to have one lying around from a completely different product. Otherwise I worry that the battery will damage the usb power cord from it being pulled too hard. Other than that, almost perfect product. I don’t know if it's possible to make the vibration stronger, but if so, then this would be 100% perfect!

Works great! Heating and massage/vibration modes really help my partner’s lower back aches. He has back spasms and this helps relieve the discomfort. Battery pack doesn’t last too long though but long enough. Fits snug on my partner (he’s got a bit of a belly) with the included extender.
