I'm hopeful I'll see some of the alleged benefits of this product. In the meantime, taking this product without dyeing myself blue has been challenging.

GREAT STUFF BUT DON’T GET ON ANYTHING YOU DON’T WANT TO REPLACE AND DON’T drink more than 4 drops in 16 oz of water, I put in my iced Tea!

This was horrible for me. I took it for 5 weeks and progressively felt worse. I couldn’t get out of bed and had to take naps. Had horrible brain fog. I finally called my Dr and had bloodwork. My liver function was elevated. She said- “i’m asking because your liver function tests are elevated, and I suspect this may be related. Over-the-counter methylene blue is not the same as pharmaceutical-grade—it often contains toxins or impurities. Unfortunately, this can do the opposite of what we’re trying to achieve for your mitochondrial support”. Please be careful on what you put in your body, I know from this point on I will only get things from my doctor.

I started with the recommended dose and didn’t notice anything so instead I doubled the dose dropping it directly on my tongue. Let me just say, this stuff is rocket fuel. I’ve been able to focus and accomplish tasks easily that would normally be challenging. I feel like it has increased my mood, happiness, and overall energy. Besides the blue tongue and green urine it gives you, it’s awesome sauce!
