First order unfortunately has some defects, I got in touch with customer service and I got a replacement in a few days. The new tub is great, no issues at all, highly recommended.

Given as a christmas present so used it for the first time boxing day - indoors.it erects simply and quickly and is a good size. not much more to say about it other than it is of the expected quality for a the price and is an OK size. i would say a 6.7" big built person might find it a bit of a squeeze.Stupidly we filled it indoors and then realised we could not drain it unless we wanted to discharge it over the kitchen floor. It should come with an adaptor to be able to fit a standard 1/2" hose pipe or similar or better still be supplied with a hose.I had to make something up out of some adaptors I had in the garage until I can buy the correct one. Unless your using this outside where you can drain it directly onto the ground what you need is a 3/4" to a 1/2" hose adaptor so you can run a hose to a sink/bath or similar.

Nice unit for the back garden. Easy to fit into and easy to set up and fill. Came with cover and a thermal cover also. And there was also a little ice bag for the freezer thrown in. Thought that was a nice touch. It even comes with a hand pump. I would recommend this product no problem.

After years of people (and Joe Rogan) telling me to take ice baths I finally caved in and got this. Surprisingly, I’m really starting to believe the hype as since I've been taking an ice bath everyday I've noticed it’s been really reducing my soreness and aiding in my overall recovery.The overall quality is ok and its sturdy enough to hold water up to about two thirds full. It doesn’t take too long to fill up with water and although it does consume a lot of ice, I have an ice machine which helps a lot. When you need to drain it or change the water you can just open the tap at the bottom.I love how easy it is to setup and its big enough that I (6ft2in) can just about get into it with my knees bent and I’m still able to dip my head at the same time. The included thermometer is a nice bonus and I use it all the time to save any guess work.Overall, I’m really pleased with this ice bath and I’m going to continue to use every single day as I definitely thinks it’s helping me, and I don’t feel as drained after long workout sessions. If you can get it for around £80 then I feel it represents good value for money. It’s a product I’m happy to recommend and I feel its worth the full five stars, buy with confidence!

I've been wanting an ice bath for a while now because of all the hype about the benefits.I think for the price this one isn't too bad.Once set up it does feel a little bit flimsy but it does the job and actually works well.The bath was easy to fill and it didn't take very long at all. The ice however was a little bit different. I had to make so much ice to fill this up. I ended up in the shop buying bags of ice and it took quiet a few.The set comes with a cover to keep it cool and a thermometer which is a great little accessory.Overall for the price I think this is a pretty decent little ice bath and I feel great after using it.

After a life time of injuries I heard daily ice baths for a few minutes at a time can help ease discomfort and that it’s good for mental health and getting your day started.The bath is made of thick vinyl and comes with valves, structure poles, and tubes for emptying the water. There is an instruction book which gives easy to follow instructions for how to put it together but there was nothing in it about what water temp you should have, how to clean it, or the method of taking ice baths.Setting it up was relatively simple. You just feed the poles into the pole sleeves around the sides of the bath, blow up the inflatable rim until all the creases come out and it forms a circle, screw in the drainage tap valve, and inflate the ring of the insulator lid.You then fill the bath with water and the weight of the water pushes out the walls so it is perfectly round and solid. I am 5ft8 and the top comes to the top of my hips when standing next to it.This is slightly wider than other baths I’ve tried. Even if it’s only by an inch or two it’s enough so that if I cross my legs and sit down inside the water comes up to my neck. My husband is 6ft1 and the water comes up to just below the top of his shoulders.The bath comes with an insulation cover which slots in under the rim and seals the water off. It also has a great weather cover which is elasticated so it stays on even in high winds. This has a silver reflective surface so the sun doesn’t tend to warm the bath as much as the normal black covers. We have found we can leave the water in for a few weeks and it doesn’t discolour and we don’t get any algae. When it comes to changing the water we simply open the tap at the bottom to empty it out, spray the inside with a tiny bit of soap and the power hose, rinse it out and fill it back up with water from the garden hose.The set also comes with a thermometer to monitor water temperature. This works well and seems accurate but is a bit hard to read because the measuring line is so thin!Given the generous size of this bath and its quality materials I would say it is well worth a purchase. It does help me practice perseverance, discipline, and has improved my mental health considerably by making me more conscious about reading my body and getting out of my head in panic situations. I’m not sure I’ve noticed many other benefits but it definitely makes me feel good and a healthy mind makes it easier to work toward a healthier body.It is competitively priced and much more affordable than none portable options. Would highly recommend.

So we’ve heard about this cold therapy and ice baths and they’re all in at the moment, got this item as a gift for a family member who’s wanting to not only get into fitness physically but the mental side of things too. Cold therapy is supposed to be beneficial in lots of ways.This item came well packed and has a fair bit of weight to it which gave me confidence that it’s sturdy. The item packaging shows the dimensions and the thickness which again I think is great for what is needed.At the current price of £89.97 this is a reasonable price to pay for the item and I would highly recommend.

This plunge pool was so easy to assemble! I've used it every day since purchasing and it holds water, no leaks so far! Right now the temps have been in the 80s but I keep it in a shaded area and it stays at my desired 50 - 55 degrees. I like the cover it comes with, a bit difficult to put on but works like a charm.The only downside is the thermostat that comes with the plunge pool. It stays consistently at 70 degrees even though I've tested the water with three other ones.

Ich finde die Tonne super, ist schnell aufgebaut und befüllt. Einziges Manko ist, dass der Deckel nicht wirklich drauf passt und nur lose darauf liegt. So kommt da einiges an Dreck und Insekten rein. Aber mit einem sieb klappt das auch ganz gut.

This was an easy setup it's easy to drain it to clean it I live in a very hot area so the ice even with the insulation did not last all that long. I personally feel like this was just too small for me so I changed it up a little bit put a step next to it and my little Grand kids kind of use it as a pool. The quality is ok-good for the cost. When I take it down it's pretty easy just made sure you clean it and wipe it out, let it dry or it will get moldy fast (I learned this the hard way). My biggest thing is that I need a step to be able to get into it because I have bad knees so I will probably be looking into something a bit different.
