Soffe Men's Long-Sleeve Cotton T-Shirt

I’m exactly 6 ft and weigh around 130 lbs with really longs arms. After reading the reviews of long arm length I decided to give these a try since my weak spot with long sleeves is always a lack of arm length. The reviewers were correct. I bought size Medium. The sleeves are fairly long and fit me how I’d want them to. They are pretty thin like how others have stated but that depends on which color you get. This is probably due to the fact that depending on the color, they are made from either all cotton or a blend of cotton and polyester. The neutral colored shirts seem to be made of a softer fabric in my opinion (the different greys, black, white). A blue one I bought is a 50/50 blend and feels slightly rougher, but still comfortable. I received a white shirt in a previously opened bag with tape on it, no big deal and it was in perfect condition still. I bought 6 total and all were in perfect condition. Stitching looked good, no holes. They probably won’t keep you as warm as you’d like depending on the application and made need to layer up. You can’t beat the price.

I bought the blue long-sleeve Soffe t-shirt in blue and also in a lighter olive drab. They did not have my size in the sand color which I do want. My usual size is medium - am 5.ft 10in and weigh about 160 lb. The fit was exactly right for me. The sleeves were nicely cuffed, fitted well and stayed at the wrist without riding up or down the forearms. If one has muscular arms, a larger size may be necessary. The blue color is good , perhaps slightly darker blue than in the picture. The material feels good. Since the shirt is 100% cotton, there could be some shrinkage with washing and drying. The price is very reasonable. I like Soffe products.

I am rating this product 4 stars only because it is true to size and true to color, but its material is not soft.It states a 100%-cotton material composition, but I buy Walmart-brand George men’s long sleeve tee shirts that feel 100 times softer. I don’t understand how you can make something out of cotton and it still feels scratchy or rough. It’s not plush or comfortable. Dare I say it almost gives the feeling of a tiny bit of fleece woven in.I don’t know anything about textile-making or weave patterns, but the shirts I buy from Walmart feel like you’re wearing the best-feeling cotton ever. Unfortunately, they are always out of stock and I wanted to try something new. Guess I’m back to the drawing board finding a manufacturer that not only uses 100% cotton but also one that makes their garments to feel luxuriously soft and plush (I like to describe it as feeling like you’re wearing nothing at all).Other than that, the size is perfect and the color matches, too. I like that the cuffs are, how do you say, ribbed or tightened? Just wish it felt softer.

I am 6 foot tall 235 and this shirt fits great, perfect fall shirt. I am picky about fit and have no problem returning a shirt that feels like it's on backwards no matter how you where it. I would and probably will buy another one of these because I will need an outdoor and a nicer version to keep clean

I love this shirt. Great soft material, well-made At the time when I purchased the price was fair, not sure about the price now. Great brown color, and does not fade over time. You can wear this shirt in any weather because the material breathes. I would recommend this Authentic Soffe product. Make sure it is a true product from Soffe. I think you will be pleased with the versatility and toughness of this shirt.

Heads up on sizing if you're ordering a larger size such as the 2XL that I ordered. In the 2XL, I found the shirt to fit well around the chest/stomach, but was about 2-3" longer than ideal. However, the deal breaker was that the sleeves were far too long for me, in that they extended to past the end of my fingertips if I didn't scrunch up the sleeves. I could scrunch the sleeves up so that the cuff sits at the wrist, but that caused far too much bunching of material just above the wrist, and it didn't look good. You can kind of see this bunching in the product image of the man wearing the shirt - but the bunching was even more extensive in my case, with the size 2XL, since the sleeves are probably longer in the 2XL. Also, the upper arms seemed a bit baggy in that they were too big around, giving a bit of a baggy sail effect. I'm only 6'0" tall but have broad shoulders and torso so need the 2XL for that reason, but my arms are only average length for a person of my height. It seems like the shirt would fit someone much taller, having arms 6 inches longer than mine. Alas, I had to return the shirt due to the sleeve length issue. Other than that, the shirt is of average quality and fabric weight. I was hoping for heavier fabric, but it's sufficient and a good value for the price, and I wouldn't have returned it if the sleeves were not so long. For reference, the sleeve measurement on my size 2XL was 39 inches from the neckline to the end of the sleeve.

I'm 6' tall, 163lbs and have long-ish arms. After two washings/dryings the large fits exactly as I would want. The only issue is that the cotton seems less soft than I expected. The material might soften with time and I'd say it still rates 5 stars at under $10.

It's a stiffer cotton than I expected, but does the job. Bought for my son who keeps growing like a weed. So I didn't want to buy him something for a long term shirt.The price was right. But this isn't something I would buy for my husband who has stopped growing.
