These bars are great I eat one while drinking a protein shake in the morning keeps me satisfied until I’m ready to eat a late lunch. Great tasting as well.

Eating this felt slimy and gooey for me. The bars are quite small. I'd guesstimate half or 70% size of the average protein bar. My only complaint is the taste but that is something based on personal preference. Also, I ordered 6 boxes but only 1 arrived.
