That Good Mood

I have a hard time regulating my mood and energy, especially since I'm sensitive to caffeine and stimulants. This however has been great. I won't say it gives me energy or anything, but the combination of supplements simply leaves me level and relaxed. I feel like my mood/energy is far more stable. Definitely will be continuing to use this regularly!

Amazon does not allow reviewers to make any medical claim so I have nothing to say on whether this supplement has any medical benefits, but I will tell you a story and you can decide whether this is something you want to try for yourself.I have been taking this supplement for 5 days and I can’t say I had noticed any obvious effects. I’m naturally a happy person who doesn’t really let things get under her skin so taking these supplements on a day I’m happy would likely make no difference.Today, my day started off negative. I didn’t want to get out of bed, I was tired and my ankle hurt. I forced myself to get up and get ready for work all the while grumpy because I had to be an adult. I get to work and realize I left my phone at home along with my employee tag which gets me into the building and my office key. I live 20 minutes out of town I was not going back home so I sat in my car angry because I always get to work least 15 minutes early but everyone else gets to work at 8ish so I’m sitting in my car angry that I now have to wait until others arrive to let me in the building but then I remember, I don’t have my office key so it doesn’t matter what time I get into the building, and I feel angrier. Finally, the main doors unlock at 8am and I go to facilities to request a temporary access card and to have my office door unlocked. I’m embarrassed that I have to ask because I have never forgotten my keys, I like to think I’m a responsible person.By the time I settle in my office I’m feeling angry, overwhelmed, irritable, and just rotten. I didn’t want anyone to talk to me, so I just kept to myself and didn’t engage in morning conversations. I thought to myself, this isn’t like me. Things like this don’t usually affect me this way and I remembered that I am going through the older woman change of life, I figured that’s why I felt so angry.As I’m going through my bag I saw the bottle of these supplements and decided to take them even though my negative attitude this morning was telling me, why bother, everything and everyone is a bleep, what good will these supplements do. I also remembered I have to review this order so I took them, because I’m a responsible person who agreed to provide feedback for this product.About 30 minutes later, all that anger I had built up inside of me seemed to have left me. I wasn’t angry anymore, I still felt tired and just blah but I didn’t have any Ally McBeal moments during my interaction with my coworkers. I still didn’t want to interact but it’s part of my job and I was able to do so without hurting anyone’s feelings.As I write this review, I’m getting ready to wrap things up at the office and head home. I’m feeling normal again, I’m not feeling tired (but that could be the second cup of coffee) or blah. Now, I’m not claiming anything, I’m simply sharing my story and I’ll let the reader come to their own conclusions.

This product gives you the feelings of calm and happy. Puts your mind at ease and relaxes you. I feel all around this is a good to use and to have to boost your mind and spirits when needed. I recommend this product and I will purchase this product again in the near future.

Felt the same. Didn’t make a difference

Hard to know for sure but after 9 days of taking 2 tablets a day, I feel like I do have noticeably more energy. I’ll update after a few months of use.

Loving this new supplement in my routine. I can feel my mood improving almost instantly! I will definitely be trying the other products in their line!
