Milward Wooden Sewing Thread Holder, Natural Wood, 60 Spools, 34 x 40cm

This is the absolute best way to store embroidery spools! I have tried other ways … with some exasperation!! But these racks are perfect and I can easily see what I need. Would recommend to any sewer with a large stock of thread!!

Would be great if the spindles were a bit stronger and could be popped in and out. The 5000m spools would break them and not fit without snapping off adjacent spindles. It's really only for domestic sewing threads and not particularly suitable for my purposes, which was to store and display my embroidery threads for my multihead. The wall mounting is metal and the frame itself is sturdy but I decided not to wall mount as the threads then point straight out and fall off. There's not enough of a rake upward on the spool holding spindles.

I wanted an extra one because I have to many spools, but I need them. This is perfect for the smaller threads and just tucks away nicely in a corner. It is smaller than I thought but that's fine, it still takes what I want although I suspect the larger spools wont go on it and the extra large ones have no chance.Cheap and cheerful and does the job.

Bought two of these but the thread most commonly used in the world don’t stand on it .. all pictures show product with threads I use but unless you turn them upside down or miss a spool they won’t standAll the pegs too short so thread spools fall off

Great item, suggest get size bigger than you think you’ll need, even the 120 isn’t that bulky. Easy to hang. Holds bobbins too. Took a star off because the first one arrived with loose spindles and two were missing and it wobbled when standing upright. But customer service was excellent and got a replacement next day.

Exactly what I was looking for to complete my new sewing room. Easy to fit. 2 screws onto the wall and then you hook the rack over. I have also been able to store my machine bobbins on the bottom row. All my cotton reels are now within easy access and not all tangled up in a box. Arrived in a massive box with lots of packing. Item seems sturdy and arrived undamaged. Now off to play rearrange the cotton reels 😀

I was looking for a spool holder for the various threads I've brought recently to make my sewing table a little neater. I was going to make one myself but the saw this little holder. Can be hung on the wall or free standing (with little legs).I've got 1000y moonthread and a few smaller spools as well. It will snuggly hold 5 moonthreads. So happy for the price.

Lovely quality product. Nicely made , from what looks like beech. Fully made so no assembly required. All the wood is nicely finished so no snagging. Each spike is big enough to hold spools but not spool +bobbin. Quite a narrow profile so it doesn't stick out too much. Sturdy stand or can be hung on the wall; the back edges have routed out sections to hang off a screw
