Got this when I decided to get a new scooter. Lets me talk to my girlfriend, listen to music,or take a phone call while riding our scooters. The noise canceling for the mic is excellent ; a person called me on the phone and couldn’t tell that I was riding a motor scooter while I was talking to them. Automatically switches between intercom, music playing, and phone calls.

I do not leave reviews often but this really impressed me. I read a few details and saw a youtube review on the Q8. I decided to buy 4 units for my wife and kids so we could talk during our trip to Windrock offroad park. When they came in I was a bit worried about getting them set up as the online videos were not that good about this set up. To my surprise I had them all up and connected in about 5 minutes after I let them all fully charged. Then I linked my phone super easy 1 button to link my Iphone 15pro . The sound is great very clear and the fact we can all talk an listen makes the trail riding very good to take breaks when needed etc. We ride Surron's so noise is a non issue for us and I cant speak on that aspect. I like that a phone call picks up automatically after 2 rings even if you are in a conversation then once you hang up it goes back to teh conversation or music you might have been listening to. I have owned Sena before and for the money these are a much better investment . I have not owned them long but I am very happy with my purchase. I will update this post if we have any early issues but so far so good. Take my word for it if you buy these you will not be disappointed.

Excelente producto y calidad

I don't know if I received a first generation with no voice sensitivity adjustment. There were no instructions in my user manual to adjust the sensitivity. As you can see in my photos the instructions to do so are in the booklet online but not in the user manual I received. I updated the firmware to the latest version but that still did not make it possible to adjust the microphone sensitivity. Everything else with these units worked great as advertised. But the microphone was so sensitive that my idling motorcycle with a factory exhaust system was enough noise to keep the microphone constantly transmitting. Actually riding (with a properly fitting quality full face helmet) required the microphones on both units to be muted. That completely negates the reason for the purchase in the first place. It flawlessly connected to my phone and shared the music between the headsets but as standalone music listening devices they aren't that great. You could buy much better sounding earbuds for nowhere near the price as this Q8 system. I'm not an audiophile and absolutely could overlook the sound quality if the microphone function worked anywhere outside of my quiet home. If anyone is thinking "he wasn't doing it right", no. I assure you that I was. Pushing two buttons simultaneously for a few seconds isn't that hard to figure out. For some reason the units I received don't have this ability. I really wanted these to work. As I said, everything else worked as advertised, mesh connect, Bluetooth phone connect, Bluetooth comms connect, FM radio, multiple channels, good battery life, everything. Everything except the most important function. Save yourself the aggravation and try a different brand or just bite the bullet with one of the two major motorcycle comms players.

Not impressed. It says you can adjust the sensitivity of the microphone, but not really. That feature is deleted on the newer version. You can “update” it to an old software version that enables the feature but not on a Mac. Only supported on windows. We’re a Mac family. Dug out an old computer and reverted back to the old software, which unlocked the adjustability, but even on the lowest setting, all anyone can hear is my exhaust all the time. Tried it on my wife’s CRF150f which is a very quiet bike, and it’s fine until about 15 mph. Then constant exhaust noise. Range is nowhere near advertised range. With zero obstructions, you MIGHT get 6-700 yards. In the trees, it’s drastically shorter. Good luck finding Tech support. It doesn’t exist as far as I can tell. I’ll be working on ways to muffle the mic so these things are actually usable.

I LOVE THESE. I got them to wear while trail riding with my friend so we don't have to stop at every intersection, and can call back if someone's stuck. They were great. So far we only use 2 but with how much we love them the rest of the group is going to get some as well. I've never actually used a cardo, but from what I've heard from others these are basically that, but waaayyy cheaper. Overall I love them and the only problem I've had is sometimes through the trees range gets a little low.

I like the product but wish the speakers have better quality. Absolutely zero base

La música y el celular se baja mucho de volumen al hablar, así no se puede usar Maps ni nada, también con el casco abierto el viento lo detecta como voz y se queda el sonido a bajo volumen siempre. Funciona mejor el V6 a mi gusto

Compré el paquete de dos hace 9 meses, hace 6 meses que uno de ellos dejo de funcionar, solo no enciende, al conectarlo solo se calienta, al momento de hablar la música se baja y ya no sube, muy caro para lo que ofrece, recomiendo buscar otra opción

Es un producto de buena calidad. Tiene un sonido bueno, no esperes un sonido envolvente. Las instrucciones solo en inglés y chino. La app EJEAS no funciona y no es funcional. Compré este producto pensado que superará las expectativas de los productos más económicos, pero no es así. No estoy satisfecho con mi compra.

No pasaron ni dos meses Y ya se descompuso uno No enciende y si lo pongo a cargar solo se calienta pero no enciende ninguna luz
