Q: How much coconut milk should I use pet ounce of curry paste?

Two (14-oz) cans of coconut milk will be perfect with one (4-oz) can of any of their curry pastes. They're all excellent!

Q: What are the ingredients?

The list of ingredients is there, and even then i didnt realize it contains wheat :( I cant have gluten. The red, green and massaman are great

Q: How hot and spicy is the yellow version?

Honestly, it's hard to say since what is considered spicy varies a lot from one person to the next. I am someone who likes very spicy hot food. This isn't very spicy to me at all, and my kids eat it with no problem. I have tried the red, yellow, and green Maesri curry paste, and the yellow is my favorite. I think if you like spicy food even a little, you will like this. It shouldn't be too hot at all, and you might even wish it were hotter. It's good, though, and makes a great meal very quickly.
