Review: Heavy Duty Container That I Will Be Using This Forever - Wow. Heavy duty quality. The polycarbonate plastic is thick and super strong. It was perfect for brining a 15 lbs. whole turkey and I probably could have gotten a slightly bigger bird. I also bought the lid and the whole thing fit in my refrigerator for brining overnight. I used a 5 gal plastic paint bucket from a hardware store last year that didn't fit in my fridge so I had to ice it and monitor the temperature overnight. Also, I wasn't sure it was safe to use since it's not food-grade. So glad I found and bought this!!! I will be using this bucket from now on and... forever.
