Geffen Baby Quick Absorbers Plus - Universal Cloth Diaper Inserts (3 Pack)

It was a hot summer morning. We were waking from our 3 hour slumber. Ready to defeat the world, we sat up and high-fived one another. It was going to be a great day. As we walked to our little sleeping brontosaurus, we smelled the heavy smell: pee. That smell meant there was plenty to go around. The panic hit and a surge of adrenaline rushed. We had no other sheets for that new bassinet. We had no time for laundry. We wanted to believe that it would all be ok but from past experiences from other brands, we had no other choice than to pray. As I, the superhero of the home (a real goddess if you ask me), reached out for the child, I slowly placed one hand under her butt. I might as well get it over with.... but then, a miracle. THERE WAS NO LEAK. Duh, because I used Geffen Baby. I forgot I used it. So yea, buy it.

If you're wondering which Geffen absorber to buy between the Quick absorbers plus and the Super absorbers plus, this might help. As a reference I always pair them with a smaller rather thin bamboo insert on top of them. Both types need to be prepped by being washed several times to be fully absorbant (I also use vinegar with the final rinse of every wash to ensure that there is minimal detergent residue on the fabric). Neither of them have leaked as such but I've only used then during the day so far. While the diapers are changed every few hours, it's good to know how long you can trust your inserts in case a change is gonna be tough in the next hour(s) or so.The Quick ones (on the right) are jersey, they don't add much bulk to the diaper and yet absorb a fair amount. They are longer and have to be folded over if not using the larger setting of a universal diaper. They are thinner but somehow need longer to dry properly. I know I can go up to 4h easily before they're soaked.The Super ones (left on the pic) are fleece. They are bulkier and they pile. Even if they are shorter (the length of the medium rise of a diaper) they absorb higher quantities of urine. I tend to use them for longer periods than the Quick absorbers (busy and on the go with the likelyhood of naps in the carrier). We've gone up to 6h with no leaks a few times.

I just want to start out by saying these things are AMAZING. I love the trim fit and how much they absorb. I paired one of these with a bamboo insert at night and there were no leaks. Both the geffen baby and bamboo insert were soaked but nothing leaked out! I washed them along with my new bamboo inserts 6 times and then ran them through the dryer twice because they hold so much it takes longer for them to dry. I want to get all the Geffen baby inserts! However, I do want to note that these are cheaper on the actual Geffen baby website. I wish I had known before I bought them off amazon. If you go to the Geffen baby online store you will see that they sell 3 for $15.18 plus they also give you the option to purchase a 6 and a 12 pack.So I do HIGHLY recommend this product, but would recommend you buy them off of Geffen baby instead of Amazon.

These are the thinnest inserts we own, and they make for an overnight diaper that is NOT BULKY! We used a single insert wrapped in flannel and it lasted all night (10 hours) without even soaking all the way to the back. We will be buying more when we have the funds for these great (but expensive!) inserts.

We started cloth diapers 2 months ago and we really like these inserts, we usually just use 1 microfiber insert at home since we are potty training but when we go to the park or restaurants and we don’t know how long we are going to be out we add this insert as well with a microfiber, it’s great and absorbent. We haven’t had an accident with those and when we get home sometimes the diaper is very heavy and wet but no leaks

These are the plus I meant to get the regular size. They stick out of my pockets a little if I don’t tuck them in. But they’re very nice inserts. Hemp is my favorite type of insert. These are thinner than my thirsties large hemp inserts.

I ordered these hemp/cotton inserts for nighttime use. When I took it out of the package I immediately noticed that they were just microfiber inserts. Not at all what is labeled on the package or described in the listing.

I use these with our cloth diapers. They absorb sooooooo much more than microfiber inserts or charcoal bamboo inserts. They are very trim and do not bulk the diaper up. They are a bit long so I have to fold part of them over but as my daughter gets bigger I think they'll be fine. I will be buying more of these to replace the charcoal bamboo and non hemp/cotton inserts I have.
