Great remote collar for pet dogs and their owners
This is a very nice remote collar for pet dog owners. I am a dog trainer and when I see the need for using a remote collar with my client’s dog, I’ve been recommending this particular collar more often. The level numbers on the display are easy to read, the buttons are simple, it has a boost function for more distracting environments but yet the transmitter itself is very small. The latter is important because the dog should not notice that you are holding a “box” in your hand, you should be subtle about using the remote. Another fact that I like about this model is that the receiver has plastic prongs which are great for dogs with short hair like Dobermans which prevents rubbing sores. The prongs can also be replaced with longer prongs available on the Dogtra website. I am a longtime Dogtra user and I am really happy with the company's step towards making their new products USB-C compatible. One more thing I like about the CueGen2 is, is its versatility: you can decide if you want to use 99 levels or 50 or 24. Huge thumb up from me.

Great setup
This is our 3rd system, and I switched to this to have less bulk and 3 dog capability. No complaints so far!

Simple and effective.
I wanted a simple remote that would not intimidate or confuse my kids when they train our dog. The Cue fit the bill. Also, both the remote and reciever charge via USB so it makes charger management easier. Our stubborn GSD responds well to stims 30 or under ... have not dialed it past 30, no neeed.

Not safe! Defective
I purchased this on April 20th and used it maybe 10 times for off leash play with my deaf puppy. What a disappointment. The main button will not stay in place and gets stuck in a mode that continues to give a stim which is awful. Or it doesn’t give a stim at all when needed. I’ve used dogtra for years to train my pointers and ordered this model for my small breed, but the quality is so bad and I would not trust my dogs life with this device. The return window closed a week ago and I have no way of contacting Amazon or dogtra so I’m out of $200.

It's ok
Dont up using the clip that much which is why I got it. Battery seems weak and the lighted screen probably doesnt help. Sometimes randomly turns off. Would be nice to have a battery gauge on the collar.
